How to Find Pieces for a Specific Grade or Exam Board

From "what can she play for her ABRSM Grade 5?" to a filtered list, in seconds.

It's exam season, and Maya needs three more pieces for her ABRSM Grade 5 — one from each list, all on this year's syllabus. Flipping through a PDF syllabus and cross-referencing it against what you already know is slow. It's just as slow the other way around, too — if you're a student (or a parent) trying to work out what actually belongs at your level.

Pick a grade, a board, or both

Which exam boards are covered?

ABRSM, RCM (Royal Conservatory), Trinity (TCL), and AMEB today, mapped across most of the 8,000+ piece catalogue — with more boards and grade listings added as we go. A piece without a board listing yet still shows up in a plain grade or style search; it just won't appear when you filter by board until we've mapped it.

My exam board isn't listed — what do I do?
Search by grade and style instead, and check the piece's syllabus status with your board directly. If it's a specific method-book or off-syllabus piece you already have in mind, add it as a custom piece rather than searching for it.
Can I search for a piece I already know the name of?
Yes — the search box works by title or composer, and combines with any grade, board, or style filters you've already set.
Is this the same search a teacher and a student use?
Yes, the same filters are available from a teacher's catalogue browse and a student's own search — the only difference is what you can do with a result once you've found it (assign it, versus add it to your own library).
